You can get fit ANYWHERE!
You don't have to feel stressed or frustrated because time won't allow you to get to the gym.
You can get fit ANYWHERE.
You don't need a gym membership or any fancy equipment.  
ALL you need is to be ready.
There are so many options out there.  You can get fit in your home, in your basement, outdoors, at work, or in a studio doing fun classes with a group.
Think outside the box.
There is not one single best solution for everyone.  We are all different and have unique circumstances in our lives. 
You have to do what works for you.  The important thing is that you are doing something.
Why? Because being fit is so much more than looking good in a bikini, in fact that's never even on my list of benefits.
To me, it's about creating a life that brings you joy,  and fulfillment.
It's about living up to your full potential and not feeling held back by anything.
A fit life opens doors to new activities and adventures you wouldn't be able to have otherwise.  
I truly believe, that you can transform your body, your mind and your life with fitness.

Santa Fe Crockpot chicken:


Santa Fe Crockpot chicken:
Ingredients:
3 chicken Breasts
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
2 cups of salsa
Optional: Greek yogurt, cheese, 1 cup of Brown rice

Pour the salsa over the top of 3 chicken breasts in a crockpot, then add a can of corn, and a can of black beans.  Cover the crockpot and let it cook on high for  about 3 hours.  make sure chicken is cooked and then using 2 forks shred the chicken.   Makes 5 to 6 servings. It can served and enjoyed at about 146 calories per serving this way or add 1 cup of cooked brown rice, greek yogurt and cheese for about 360 calories per serving. ~ Enjoy ! ~
